SEMSS is a great opportunity to showcase your research, collaborate, and connect with peers.
Poster and Oral abstract submissions are open!
Submit an abstract today to present at SEMSS 2025. However, you do not have to present in order to attend the conference. Click the button below for the type of presentation you would like to be considered for.
Please make sure to follow the abstract guidelines and format. The word limit for all abstract submissions is 300 words maximum (not including title, authors, and affiliations). You can download/view the detailed abstract template and guidelines here.
Abstracts that do not adhere to the formatting instructions will not be considered.

Poster Guidelines and Tips
Posters cannot exceed 40 inches by 60 inches (landscape or portrait). Posters that exceed this size limit will be disqualified from judging.
Make sure to use concise but descriptive text. Make use of figures and schematics to help illustrate and describe your work.
Only one presenter per poster.
At the end of your assigned poster session, please take down your poster.
