2A: “A Closer Look at the Medical School Application Process and Coursework” Come learn more about interviewing for medical school by watching an admissions committee member simulate an interview with an applicant. We will finish with a panel of current students where you can ask questions about everything medical school, from applications to coursework.

2B: “Young Investigator Research Panel” Do you want to take a leap into the research world? Learn from funded faculty members on how to turn a research idea into a fundable project, how to go about choosing a mentor, how to apply for various sources of funding, and more!

2C: “Learning More about Physician Scientist Training Programs (PSTPs)” Are you interested in doing research while you are in a residency program? Have you heard about combined research/residency programs such as PSTP or ABIM programs? If you are interested, come listen to ABIM/PSTP directors from UAB and Vanderbilt discuss the advantages of these programs.
